Brand Bar celebrates yet another international success achieved at the Worldwide Logo Design Award.
Our work has been recognized by leading international industry experts, winning one gold, one silver, two bronze medals and an Award of Excellence. Two of these awards, the gold and the bronze one, were given for the rebranding of Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra (FLCO), the work that had already been rewarded in several other competitions.
The Worldwide Logo Design Award (WOLDA) was organized for the 12th time last year, with entries in seven categories ranging from New logo design, through Logo & packaging design, to Animated logos. Hundreds of works from more than 30 countries entered the worldwide competition to be judged by the international jury, consisting of Art Directors, Designers, Creative Directors and Logo Designers among others from Japan, India, the United States, Brazil, Denmark, Germany or Hungary.
Our agency has entered various pieces of work to WOLDA including several logos and brand identities. We’ve managed to collect one gold medal, one silver, two bronze medals, as well as an Excellence Award, four of these in the “New Logos” category. The logo of Genecontact for DNA testing got a silver medal, the one made for Wysio software development company and the brand identity of Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra (FLCO) received bronze medals, while the GREEN PLAN logo and brand identity design earned an Award of Excellence. In addition, the brand identity of Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra was named the winner in the “Flexible Logo · Flexible Identity” category.
“It is a great pleasure and recognition for us that our work has once again been so positively received in the international design landscape, since WOLDA is one of the most prestigious design competitions. With these logo and brand identity works, we were able to bring our Client’s brand alive, enriching them with truly creative content". - said Attila Simon, the Creative Director of Brand Bar.
Last year was a successful one for us, and we are confident that even this year, we will be able to work with lots of inspiring clients and excellent creative professionals.
Our work for the brand identity of FLCO has been already awarded in various other competitions. Previously, it was named the winner at the German Design Award and received silver awards at two Hungarian creative competitions (the Golden Blade and the RGB).
